This notice covers this website and the contact form on it. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your first and last name, your work email, your company, and, if you give them, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the address it came from.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one thing: to answer your request. That might mean a reply, a working session or your Buyer Map. We do not add you to a list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until your request is closed. After that we keep them for up to twelve months, so we have a record of what was asked and answered, then we delete them.
Who sees it
Only the people at Revenue Machine who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit. The typefaces on this site load from a font service, which receives the basic technical details any web request carries.
Asking us to delete it
You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time. Write to georgia.lane@revenuemachine.co or use the contact form, and we will confirm once it is gone. If you would like to stop hearing from us, reply "stop" to any message and we will not contact you again.

If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page.
